I'm still reading the 1619 Project, but I took a break to finish Love In Colour by Bolu Babalola. 

​

I needed something to lighten my mood, and this was perfect because I'm a sucker for love and romance. Bolu did an amazing job demonstrating how love shows up in a variety of ways. She also places the women and consent in all the stories which is refreshing. 

​

I'd say it's a light hearted mus read.
